Work card 09 / limits

Keep the Nicaragua work card inside honest boundaries.

Project-specific written terms control the engagement. These page-level limits explain what the remote technical service can and cannot represent.

CHECKPOINT 01

No local or advisory claim

Faith Forge Labs is US-based and does not act as a Nicaraguan office, registered local provider, tax or legal adviser, TELCOR representative, translator, or sanctions-clearance service.

  • No government endorsement
  • No blanket country restriction
  • No automatic localization
CHECKPOINT 02

Screening and dependencies

The actual party, ownership, transaction, bank/provider route, and vendors are reviewed against current US restrictions. Third-party access, terms, availability, and decisions remain external dependencies.

  • Unresolved screening can stop work
  • Provider marketing is not eligibility proof
  • Client facts must be accurate
CHECKPOINT 03

No guaranteed result

Faith Forge Labs cannot guarantee approval, uninterrupted availability, security, search rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue, grants, payments, or another party's action.

The Nicaragua workshop uses its declared Google Analytics 4 property (G-GHB0B9FN23) for aggregate traffic signals. It can record a phone or email link selection, but this static microsite has no form and the ensuing call or email content is not part of the analytics event.

  • Use testable acceptance criteria
  • Write the support scope
  • Approve changes before they expand the work
